Agreement to these terms

By using SimpleScheduleAI.com or engaging with our scheduling service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using our service on behalf of a hospital or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Who we are and what we do

SimpleScheduleAI provides an AI-native nurse scheduling service for Critical Access Hospitals. Our AI builds draft schedules based on your inputs and constraints, our scheduling team validates those drafts for coverage, gaps, and common failure points, and we return a clean, review-ready version for your team's approval.

We deliver this service on software we build and operate ourselves; we do not license software for your team to operate. We are not a staffing agency, a healthcare provider, or an HR system. We do not publish, implement, or finalize any schedule without your team's explicit approval.

The service engagement

The engagement is an AI-native nurse scheduling service. During the engagement:

• Pricing is a flat monthly fee by roster size ($1,000 up to 20 nurses, $1,500 for 21 to 40)
• We work within your existing scheduling format and tools
• Your team retains full authority to approve, modify, or reject any draft schedule we produce
• Either party may end the engagement at any time

The engagement is billed at the flat monthly rate from day one. We will conduct a strategic review together; if you want to continue, the same monthly plan simply continues. Billing is month to month, you can cancel anytime, and there is no surprise billing.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate scheduling inputs, constraints, and staff information
• Reviewing all draft schedules before they are used operationally
• Ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws, union agreements, licensing requirements, and internal policies
• Making final decisions about your scheduling. Our drafts are inputs for your review, not final outputs

Not medical, legal, or HR advice

Nothing we produce constitutes medical advice, legal advice, or human resources guidance. Our scheduling drafts are operational tools to reduce workload. Your clinical and administrative leadership is responsible for ensuring schedules meet patient care standards and regulatory requirements.

No patient data

Do not share patient health information with us through this website or as part of the scheduling service. Our service is scoped to nurse scheduling data only. We are not set up to serve as a HIPAA Business Associate in the context of this website or the scheduling service.

Intellectual property

The content on this website, including copy, design, and tools, is owned by SimpleScheduleAI. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our permission. Scheduling drafts we produce for your organization during the engagement are yours to use for your internal scheduling purposes.

Limitation of liability

SimpleScheduleAI provides scheduling assistance in good faith based on the information you provide. We are not liable for scheduling errors that result from inaccurate inputs, failure to review our drafts, or decisions made outside our recommendations. Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the fees paid to us in the most recent 30 days.

No warranties

This website and the scheduling service are provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, error-free operation, or specific scheduling outcomes. We will work diligently to deliver high-quality drafts, but scheduling is complex and human judgment remains essential.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
