The spreadsheet you replace

The grid was never the hard part

Version drift

The board, the file, and the printout disagree by Wednesday, and nobody knows which one is real.

The hours recount

Every edit means re-checking someone’s week by hand, or finding the overtime on the payroll report.

The ripple rebuild

One PTO request reopens the whole month: swaps, fairness, coverage, all re-balanced cell by cell.

The fix is not a better grid. It is not filling the grid at all: watch the engine do it below.

Try it yourself

Watch it fill a week.

The engine fills every slot against 21 rule checks, right in your browser. No signup.

Common questions

Questions about the product

How long does it take to get started?
About four weeks, and every step is accounted for: we collect your staff Excel, set up your workspace, import the roster, configure your units and rules with you in a guided setup session, train your DON, and go live.

From that point the weekly cycle is yours to run, and our support team stays a call away whenever you need us. No installation, no integration project.
Do my nurses need to create accounts or download anything?
Nothing to download. Nurses get a portal built primarily for their phone, in the browser: schedule calendar, log a callout, request leave or swaps, and, for per-diem staff, keep availability current.

The manager approves everything from the schedule side and can still export a post-ready PDF and Excel for the unit board.
What happens when there's a call-out at 2AM?
Log the callout and the system ranks the top 3 replacement candidates with reasons: skills, role, charge coverage, overtime risk. You pick one and reach out to that nurse; once they accept, you record it in the schedule and a corrected copy is ready to post.

Three targeted calls instead of working down the whole roster.
